Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do unused scans roll over?

No. Scan limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused scans do not carry over.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes! Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. You'll only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

How do I downgrade?

Click the "Downgrade" button on the plan you want to switch to. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle -- you keep your current features until then.

What happens when I hit my scan limit?

You'll see a warning at 80% usage. At 100%, you won't be able to scan until your limit resets on the 1st of the month, or you upgrade to a higher tier.
